In the past Bo has come out before 7:00am and has been able to schedule all repairs and install new equipment during our closed days.   I came home at 9:30 pm on an 90• day and walked in and realized my AC was off.  I troubleshooted and checked power, fuses, and drain.  Called and left a message with AM/PM at 10:40 pm in hopes I could get someone to get back to me the next day and schedule a technician visit.  I got a text 2 minutes later saying they would have someone over by noon.  Bo was communicative and very delightful.  He let me watch and told me all the things he was checking for and luckily had the part with him that needed replacing.  I didn’t have to endure any extreme heat or be in comfortable.   This was our first time using AMPM and was the best we had ever had!  They were quick to get someone out to our house for repairs the next day (even during some of the hottest weather we have had in a while) even though every other company in the area were setting appointments for two weeks out.  Their technician, Jason Knuth showed up on time (got a text with his picture and time of arrival) and after arrival, he went right to work, found the problem and then got it fixed all within an hour, saving us money.   He was very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise!  Thank you Jason!!!   From our first call to their office to the final repairs of our AC, their Customer Service was OUTSTANDING, and we will be using them for all our services in the future!  Recommend to anyone needing service to call AMPM first!!!
