  AM/PM is always willing to work around my schedule which is extremely important as I run a daycare here in La Center and cannot have them onsite with kiddos. In the past Bo has come out before 7:00am and has been able to schedule all repairs and install new equipment during our closed days.   I came home at 9:30 pm on an 90• day and walked in and realized my AC was off.  I troubleshooted and checked power, fuses, and drain.  Called and left a message with AM/PM at 10:40 pm in hopes I could get someone to get back to me the next day and schedule a technician visit.  I got a text 2 minutes later saying they would have someone over by noon.  Bo was communicative and very delightful.  He let me watch and told me all the things he was checking for and luckily had the part with him that needed replacing.  I didn’t have to endure any extreme heat or be in comfortable.
